Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

  • All service packages must be paid in advance via subscription unless written consent for alternative arrangements has been provided by L&R Digital Marketing Consultancy Ltd.

  • Payments must be made through our secure payment platform. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect payment details or third-party processing errors.

  • If a payment fails or is withheld, we reserve the right to pause or withhold any created content or services until full payment is received.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If L&R cannot fulfil your subscription due to availability or internal circumstances, you will be offered two options:

    1. Placement on our waiting list

    2. A full refund for the month's subscription

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or after services have been rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Availability & Communication

  • For existing clients, we are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM for communication and support.

  • Non-clients or enquiries will receive responses within 24 hours on weekdays.

  • Our working hours per client are as specified in your chosen package. Additional hours or bespoke support must be agreed in writing and may incur extra costs.

4. Client Responsibility & Content Approval

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.

  • Once content is approved by the client, L&R Digital Marketing Consultancy Ltd accepts no liability for any negative feedback, public reception, or reputational damage resulting from that content.

5. Limited Client Intake

  • We are a small business and intentionally limit the number of clients we serve to maintain quality and personalisation.

  • Client slots are offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis with no prejudice or bias toward any industry or business type.

  • We recommend notifying us in writing if you wish to book services for more than one month or across multiple packages.

6. Fair Pricing & Equal Pay

  • Our pricing is structured to offer SMEs an affordable service while ensuring fair and equal pay for our creators and contributors.

7. In-Person Visits & Content Creation

  • Businesses located within 15 miles of our base may request additional services such as visits, photography, videography, and custom content creation.

  • These services are subject to availability and charged at an additional cost, to be discussed and agreed upon during your initial consultation or onboarding email.

8. Contact Information & Privacy

  • To reduce spam and protect our staff, phone numbers are only shared with active clients once their subscription begins.

  • Clients are welcome to contact us via email or request a video/voice call if needed.

  • L&R operates as a fully remote business with no physical head office for walk-ins. Face-to-face meetings may be arranged upon request.

9. Online Course Terms

  • Our online course is a one-time purchase, and no recurring fees apply.

  • Clients are welcome to email us for support or feedback during and after completing the course.

  • Course content is for personal and business use only and must not be resold, distributed, or modified for commercial gain.

  • Legal action will be taken against individuals or businesses who attempt to resell or redistribute our material.

10. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All bespoke content created for your business (e.g., graphics, captions, scheduled posts) becomes your property once paid in full.

  • Until full payment is received, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or transfer of content.

11. UK-Based Clients Only

  • At this time, L&R Digital Marketing Consultancy Ltd is only accepting clients based in the United Kingdom. Subscriptions made outside of the UK will be canceled and a partial refund will be made.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • L&R is not liable for:

    • Loss of business, data, or income due to platform outages (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)

    • Technical issues or downtime caused by third-party tools

    • Negative public reactions to approved marketing content

    • Client delays in responding or approving content that affect campaign delivery

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining access to their own social media and email accounts and for securely storing passwords and login credentials.

13. Force Majeure

  • L&R shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, internet outages, government restrictions, or platform disruptions.

14. Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified in writing if material changes are made.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
